Welcome to Long Lane Surgery Online

" Working together as a team, to provide exceptional, patient centered care’

The Long Lane team are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.

We run many clinics for the management of long term conditions such as Asthma, Diabetes, COPD and Chronic heart disease, and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations, travel health, family planning and warfarin management.

We also offer extended opening hours including a late night, early morning and Saturday morning surgery, and are a minor injuries unit, which means you may not need to attend an urgent care centre, if your injury is something we can treat here at the surgery.

In addition to everything you need to know about the practice you will also find a wealth of health-related information in the menu on the right hand side. Please have a look around and do send us some feedback if you like.

The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is an important feedback tool we use, that supports the fundamental principle that people who use NHS services should have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience.
